    newby from down under

    hi people, im matke from ausie melb, 22, 6ft4, and wiegh 78 kgs thats like 180 pounds give or take. just here to find out the best way to bulk up. i've done one cycle a couple of months back with test cyp and tribolin, but did it all wrong. im now getting some sust and enathate 200 or 250, wouldnt mind some pointers on how to go about it properly this time, Thanks Matke

    welcome aboard. I have only been here for a little while now and already learned a lot about cycles and what not. I have always been proficient with my diet and training but this forum is great information on AAS. Just look around at the stickys and what not.

    Anyone here know much about thai sus 250? is it the same as organon or is there a difference, and also is it true it comes in a 10ml vial instead of a 1ml amps? thanks

    g'day matke. i got to say at your age make sure that you have been training long enough that you have totally maxed the gains that you can make naturally. you need to give yourself time for your connective tissue to become real strong too. your testosterone level is still way high in your early 20s also so keep that in mind. you may have been training for years but your body would not long have stopped growing. at 22 less is more buddy. i know that's not what you asked but hey, i made some mistakes too. mostly doing more than i needed to. you don't want to end up with gyno etc. be careful buddy you only have one body. you can't go wrong with lots off chicken breast, brown rice, green leafy veg, fruit and egg whites either. train hard, eat well and sleep loads. good luck from a fellow melbournian.

    thanks jbones mate, your right i'll lay off juice for a while, although i've done one cycle before, cycle was test cyp and tribolin. when i do my next cycle it's gonna be sust 250, test enanthate and anadrol's, thats an ok stack yeah? Thanks again bloke it's good to see someone else from melb in here.
