What up everyone,
Im a newbie here and also to the world of AS's. Im a certified personal trainer and have been lifting seriously for about 2 years now, on and off for about 7 years. I was introduced to this website from another trainer and coworker of mine who has just recently started his first cycle. I never was interested in cycling until I started training hard core and eventually found myself among other trainers and lifters who do cycle.
Im a male, 6'0 - 215lbs, 19% BF. A large amount of my BF is located around my midsection (suprailiac). My reason for being here is because I want to educate myself on AAS and possibly try a cycle to see what results I get. My nutrition is pretty conditioned for my needs and my strength training/hypertrophy program has always been on point but Ive hit a physical and mental plateau and Im looking for an extra edge that might help me get excited about this sport again.
