Hello, it's been a while since I have been on s.com and their are so many new people I feel like a noob all over again. I can't belive it's been over 4 years since I first joined, time flies. I stopped lifting back in august due to moving 3 times, injuries and a host of other bs events that challenged my dedication. I'm just getting motivated and back in the swing of things.
I've been training for almost 13 years, and have knowledge of aas for about 6. I'm not a pro, trainer or chemist but I have some knowledge, and if i can help anyone I will.
For all the true noobs that are looking for advice, stick with it, there is an infinite amount of knowledge on these boards that Big Sam from the gym doesn't know jack sh1t about.
