hi
im starting to post on this forum because I need alot of advice. I'm new to weight ligting but very serious about getting myself back into shape. I was a star athlete in highschool but have let myself go to unacceptable levels. I weigh about 225lbs, I'm 5'10. I am really in need of any advice out there. Obviously my biggest problem is my eating habits which I am going to control but not sure how I should go about doing that. I am looking to cut. My 225lbs frame is by no means close to alot of muscle. my bf% is around 23%. any advice on work out regiments or food intake would be greatly appreciated.
