just found the site, thought I would get in on all this info that is available. Been lifting for about 12-13 years now. Played D1 college football, OT listed at 305, since being 2 years removed I am down to 260 and I am 6'4". Still very active at the gym, lift 4-5 times a week. Really looking to cut/lean up on the frame that I already have. Looking forward to all the info here.
