Hi everyone, been lurking around these boards for quite sometime trying to gain some knowledge. and now feel like I can ask some reasonably informed questions. Little bit about me, just got out of the Marine Corps last year, and I really let my diet go...but hit the weights a little harder, so while I've made some strength gains, I've also allowed my bf to get up around 20%.
