    New to board-creature of habit???

Wanted to intoduce myself to your board. I am the Old Guy. I come to you from Intense Training where I was a member since 2003. I have been training hard for 21 yrs and have become a creature of habit. I wake up at the same time each day, eat similar meals at exact times each day and train 5 out of 7 days each week. I execute the above activities while raising a family and working my as_ off!!! I think my original board was shut down or having issues so here I am and Old Guy with a lot of life experience to share. I don't always participate if I do not have anything insightful to add. I am sure many members "float" from one board to another. I am not that guy. I like to set roots and know who I am talking to, thus the intro. Forgot to add my question "Creature of Habit". Like I said above been training for 21 yrs, am 5' 9", 219 lbs at 11% BF. Cycled back in the late 80's then started again 5 yrs ago. (2) cycles per year at 12 week intervals. Very standard stuff. Test Enthanate, EQ with Winny at the end. Tried to supplement Deca instead of EQ but the Deca bloated me and killed my sex drive (which is not good). I do not compete, obviously. My goal is to keep my size and get "hard". I have never tried Tren, T3, HGH or any of the newer stuff. Can anyone suggest anything else that is not very aggressive. And yes I have been reading up on gear for 2 decades. I like insight for your mature board members that have been training for more than 6 months. B.T.W. I have modified my training due to injury (torn rotator, torn brachial plexius nerve......) So I am forced to use a lot of machines, which I hate!

Check out this member who was ready to cycle. Try to decide if you are anywhere near that kind of physical condition.

I didn't look like that starting. I'm still not that heavy either. Props to that guy.

Thanks for the welcome! Forgot to include my question in the post. I did edit. Can the board re-post so I can get a response. If it's a pain in the a-- not a big deal. I've been reading your members posts for a while know and you have some bright people participating.
