    Where are my manors!

    bin signed up for just over a week now,loveing the research content and evryones been quality, so i thought id introduce myself proply

    im from london jus started training again after a long term injury,iv put on about 55 pounds because i messed my back up quite bad just over a year ago

    im 6 foot
    255lbs
    dont know my bf% yet going to do all measurements as of monday(very out of shape tho)
    eat very clean (now)
    start my new training monday

    so need all the help i can get from u knowledgeable folk lol
