    And what cycle ya on / whats ya cycle experience?

    Check out the diet forum and look for threads by 'perfectbeast' he's another uk fella and his diet advice is 2nd to none.

    my first cycle

    on my first cycle of sus deca
    sus 1ml
    deca 2ml
    my diet is 3 solid meals
    a can of tuna in moring or porgae
    in afternoon i eat some meat chicken stake etc
    and night i have difrent meal but a good one.
    and have why proteain shake twice a day as well and loads of water and snacks.
