hi all new to this been training for about 9 mouonths now trying to get rid of some fat i am very broad i just need to shift a couple off stone to get some def so i can c all my work i do circut traing running but just not really going and ideard what i can do or take to get thing going better i have been takeing rage tablets but they dont seam do do anything any more only felt things at the beging any help would be good thanks gary
