I've been using the forum now for several years and thought it was time to say hi and ask for some advice.
I'm 29, 280lbs and about 22-25% fat. I retired from football about 18 months ago due to a knee injury and have balloon'd into a fat man.
I've decided I haven't played enough yet and need to get back into playing shape.
I've gotten on top of my diet and I'm in the gym 4-6 times a week depending on work. I'm starting an ECA stack in a few weeks to help drop my BF.
After that I'm looking to get a couple of cycles in before I start playing again. I've done a couple of deca sus cycles but this time I'm far more interested in strength than size.
I'd like to be closer to 250 (to help my knees out) and obviously get my BF as low as possible.
Anyway I'm done for now.
