I would like to give some info about myself and thank everyone here in advance for all the info, there is a great deal of info here without having to sift through to much BS to get to it.
As you can see I'm a father of 6, I have 5 girls and one boy, so one thing i don't need is estrogen...lol...I am 37 years old i have been in the gym on and off for about 5 years now and for the last year i have been hitting a good steady schedule daily with goals more then just a little here and there. I am 5. 10'' i weigh 202 my body fat is more then i want it to be and will be wqorking on that. i eat great, low cal, high protein. lots of seafood, chicken turkey breast. lots of fresh greens ands rice or pataotes in the am so they burn off during the day so they don't hit the waste line...lol...I hit a shake in the am when i get back from gym and i eat a bar on the way back to get that quick hit of protein. i do cardio daily as best i can with MAMA. we try foe ten miles or 45 minutes which ever comes first depending on whats avabile in the gym to cardio on. once i get my PMS turned on i would like to locate a fellow Florida and and maybe hook up and train from time to timje. i am all over the state selling parks stuff to citys. i spend alot of time in delray, pompano, ft Lauderdale area. sometime Orlando and Tampa but mostly down south. so once i get pm and profile info privileges since i'm over the post liit we can exchanges info and hook up thanks for having me here and I will get the wife to register as she and i train together, it keeps us humble...lol
