Damn it feels good to be back!!
I'm not exactly new here, nor new to the training and cycling...but I've been gone from these forums, and training for far too long now (about a year). Well I'm back, and getting back in form (been back training for about 3 months now).
I forgot how much I love this place and the gym....just feels like home to me. Anyway, Just wanted to say hello and I hope to share what I know with others here...oh and most importantly to keep learning!![]()
