introducing myself from LONG ISLAND, NY

    hello fellas,

i am a new member (born a few days ago), am just crackin 30yrs young, spent those 30 yrs eating like there was no tomorrow and turned the life round in past 2 years. am disciplined to border line obsessive compulsive.
i think the natural progression of learning how to train got me to you fine folks. i have a TON of questions, priobably all repetitive from all of the members exp but i aint fraid to ask for advice because i want results.

    am 6' 1" was 245lbs, bout 30+++ bf size 40"waist

now am bout 205, bout 17%bf 34"waist. diet is very clean and i am happy with my training and results so far.

i have the normal supplement questions: for example, i took like 3 weeks off my daily supp regimen cause i get nautious from swallowing like 20 pills. so i need some support there ...."you can do it!"

also, i feel i have to change some supps up too, like are the vits and supps forever or do they change? and finally,. i am a sucker for the freaking magazine ads! is md the best bodybuilding mag or is there a better one?

i am eating 6-8 meals a day (usually six, meal 7 and 8 are pre and pwo meals)

4days are down carb days where i consume 3oz carb per meal,

next 2 days are up carb days where i get 6oz carbs
and i eat 240-260 lean g protein daily

    my sources are:
buffalo, chicken braest, ground turkey, fklank steak, optimum whey powder...all protein and yes, egg whites

carb sources are : oatmeal, waximaize, white sweet potatoes, reg redskin potatoes, white rice

fat is in the meats i eat and some times on my steamed veggies (broccoli, spinach, caul***ower) one tbsp olive oil, peanut butter sometimes a serving in my last shake.

my w/os are usually18-21 sets 10-15 reps each
    mon: chest/bis/abs
    tues: legs/calves
    wed: off
    thur: shoulders/tris/abs
    fri: back/calves

after i lift, i do HIIT treadmill for 40 minutes, walk 5 min run all out 30 sec, i keep hr between 120-150 for 40-45min

i am open to any and all advice, i'd really like to hear from anyone on rthe island bec where i train it is SO DAMN hard to find anyone or anything who appreciates squatting, deadlifting, my gym, the members love that damn swiss ball.

i am up to squatting 315" ass to ankles for 8 solid, can incline press 90lb db for 8, can dead 405 lbs for 6....SO FAR
