    wow!

    i appreciate the warm welcome back!!this was my home for about 6 years.
    i was away the last few years with unbelievable amounts of work responsibility, btu now i'm back and ready to go.
    i need to get the physique back in business.
    i really miss all my old friends here and hope they give a shout out so i know they are still here. i want to catch up with everyone!!!
    i will see if i have a few before and after pics from when i was on here until now so you can see how far i've fallen!!hahasee, AR does a body good!

    i may be taking you up on brainstorming my new physique.
    i'll try to post some now(have trained like 2 days a week for the last three years on average. the first year away from here i didnt even train maybe 10 times.) wait until you see this mess....now i'm back to training consistantly. only things i'm taking are all Gaspari(gotta rep NJ) Plasmajet,Sizeon, novedex xt, bcaa's every few hours between meals, a multi, and melatonin to sleep at night. oh and i munch on glutamine chewables twice a day for about 8grams.

    my diet has been shitty as you'll see....

    i cant pm or post pictures?

    i was gonna PM or email old friends of mine to say what's up and it wont let me?is it true, having read others posts, that we have to wait until we make a certain number of posts now before we can email,PM, or post pictures? is it against board rules if i leave my email up so that old friends can contact me and we can catch up?
    i didnt want to take up all kinds of threads putting hello's out to all my people.

    How much has your body changed over this time?

    How much lean tissue have you lost by your estimate?

    I realize I'm getting ahead of myself

    but my pm doesnt work?

    i was holding like 5% and about 185-190 year round when i was on here for years. i mean i was sick every change of season and half the winter, but if you remember my pics(which i would post, but i cant for some reason) i was really lean and hard.
    now i'm about 195-205 (depending on my diet), but i would say my bf is up to about 10% as i still have visable abs and serratus with no about training or diet for years. my measurements are just down. i wish i could post these damn pics and show you!!

    Its only been about a month. But its a coulture shock. I cant find anyone like us and girls are like size 8's

    The reason i took the job was they are paying my NYc payhere so i thought i'd be happy

    Getting back down to 5% is 8 weeks worth of work for you
