    Newbiee 5'8 223lb

    Alright hows it going guys , like every1 else i been searching this website for some time now , and decided to go ahead an try it out . im 28y/o 5'8 223lbs been working out on an off for the last 3 yrs but got real serious about last 8 months .. wanted to see wat u guys think of my pics an any advice i can get will be really appreciated .. im mostly looking to trim down body fat with minimal muscle loss. ive never done any cycles but thinking bout it

    I do not want to disagree with Ammorphic, but without seeing your legs I would guess 19%. I only say this because you look exactly like my friend. I actually thought he was you until I saw the question you asked and knew that my friend just had his BF checked. Like I said he looks exactly like you and is currently at 19%.

    any feedback on what diet should look like.. ive searched around an havent really found anything .. i would really appreciate any help i can get ..ive been doing cardio after wrkouts on treadmill at 3.5 with a incline at 10 trying to keep hrt rate around135-152.. should i bump it up to 45 min ,

    brk:which is about 1hr after postwkout 4egg white 68/16/0/0, 1 whole egg74/6/0/5 with cream of wheat 3tbspn120/4/24/0 ..total 262/26/24/5

    lunch: 6oz chicken breast185/39/0/2 , 1/2 cup of rice109/3/23/1 ,1/2 cup broccoli 31/3/6/0 total:325/45/29/3

    dinner: 1 can of tuna120/23/0/1, 2 slices whole wheat bread220/8/42/3 with 1/2cup oats150/5/27/3 , sometimes ill switch an hv cream of wheat
    total:490/36/69/7
    bedtime: 2 scoop casein protein 240/48/8/1

    totaling: 2017/232/218/22 also take flax seed capsules 1000mg with every meal

    would this be a ok diet to follow if im try to cut bf
