    Help Me Please :(

    if anyone is out there that can help me or has advice please..... im 18 male, skinny as **** i hate it, i obviously got my dads genetics cause hes tall and skinny ,, so am i.. im 6"2 150lbs. i go to the gym 5 times a week, i work my legs upper body everything. never gain a pound, i bought protein shakes and ate as much as i could.. never gained one pound. im defiantly going on steroids.. i just have no clue which kind would be the best for me or how to use it. ill only do pills no injections. my goal here is to gain muscle and weight. AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!

    18=no AAS
    u shouldn't train ur entire body in one shot. u need to group ur muscles.
    visit the diet forum and there will be a lot of help.
    eat lots of complex carbs and good protien (real food).

    whats AAS mean? ,, and ill defiantly check out the diet.. but i made up my mind about the roids.. do you have info on that for me?... thanks btw

    AAS= Anabolic androgenic steroids
    this boards is almost dedicated for AAS, however, u'll be commiting a huge mistake against ur self using at this age.
    I definitly won't try to advice u on how to use it.

    i never had a diet,, i just eat anything thats healthy for me,,banada apples yogourt .. eat alot a steak pasta.. and i have protein shakes but i never gain a pound.. i understand 18 im not fully grown,, but i CANNOT be 19-20 years old weighing at 150 pounds.. thats horrible

    Steroids will not help you.....Steroids are like the roof of the house

    diet= foundation...without this there is no house

    Workout= framing...after the foundation is laid....you can strat the framing

    Steroids= the roof.....you cannot start with the roof....

    post up a diet for critique.....then your workout....

    u must be eating horrible then. remember 60-70% of ur workout outcome falls bk on ur diet.

    i cant follow much of that diet i checked out,, does anyone have like a normal easier one that i can actually do. those times work perfect with my hours but the cottage cheese and that will just make me throw up

    Post up a diet.....

    5-6 meals a day..(hours and food that work for you)

    Nobody will help you if you are not willng to do a little reseach and take the time to plan out a diet.

    thats everything i can eat i dont know how to put it in a diet formation.. i looked up on the internet and cant find any diets just shows me things that should be in the diet
