Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the board. Hello BoardI've been involved in physical fitness since 1998. At that time I joined the United States Marine Corps, Ooh-Rah! It goes without saying that being combat ready was just a given part of my life from hence day forth. At my best I was 200-205 lbs at 10-12% body fat. After a successful 8-month tour in Iraq, I returned home. At this time an Honorable Discharge in hand I moved back to Ohio. Working 60 hours a week, attending school full-time, and dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I had neither the drive nor the time to focus on my health. Everyday I fell deeper into depression, and to match my physical state worsened as well. At my lowest, I weighed in at 230 lbs (str8 fat arse)!
Fast forward to 2008...Currently I weigh 218, not sure on the BF%. Short term goal is 200, so about 18 more lbs to go.
Once again Hello Board and I'm glad to be here!
