hey everybody,
i m not a newbie to this forum but i ll still introduce myself as i m returning after almost 2 years to the community. when i first discovered this site i was determined to do roids so i can get bigger, but i never did it as i figured i was too young for it. i changed my goals to losing as much fat as i could. well, after 1 and a half years of workin out playing sports and watnot i have managed to drop my bf from 18% to just over 10%.
When i started workin out I was 186 lbs. and rite now i m 160 with almost no fat except for a bit or babyfat arnd my abdominal area. During this period, while losing all the fat, I also lost a fair bit of muscle, but thats fine with me as I knew this could result from doing the cardio and reducing fat in my diet.
Since, I am now where I wanted to be, I am ready to start afresh again and set a new goal for myself. Hence, the introduction. My new goal is to bulk up for this summer + fall and weigh 190 after the bulking and retain below 10% bodyfat.

P.S. sorry for the long synopsis but I figured I should just pour my heart out and write all that came to my mind, I wanna be able to look back at this thread in the future and be able to motivate myself through it!
