Hello, I am happy to be here. This means I am back and serious about getting Ripped again. I have been there before. I will talk about my past cycles and goals later but I believe this is to introduce myself and share my goals as they stand now. Please comment if you feel the need or want to help.
Here I go. 31 years old 155# 5'6" tall approx 25%b.f terrible diet and have been without exercise for 2 years.
I want to get around 32 years old 175# 5'6" tall and 5-7%bf GREAT DIET lift 4 days a week and train on my bicycle 500 miles per week so I can dominate the amature road race seen by 35.
I would love all the help I can get over the next couple of years and especially the next few months. I look forward to making friends and connecting here.
