just wanted to introduce myself. the forums here are very helpful.
I started my first cycle ever 2 wks ago: var + clen.
I'm taking 25mg of var/day + 80mg of clen/day. For the clen, I'm doing 2 wks on/1 wk off (with lipo-6 as a substitute).
I'm a 6'0 male. 2 wks ago, I was 183 lbs/19% BF.
Now I'm at 185 lbs/16% BF.
I lift mondays-fridays targetting the diff. muscle groups in addition to doing cardio for 45 minutes everyday.
My goal is to maintain 185 lbs and go down to 10 percent in the next 4 weeks.
