Newbie... trying to learn as much as possible and seeking advice from experienced bodybuilders. Only been working out a few months and have made promising gains so far. I got sick and tired of everyone commenting on how skinny I was and the looks I got from people that obviously thought I was on drugs or something. I'm 30 years old, 6'1", 156 lbs. My weight when I started working out a few months ago was 141. I work out 4 to 5 days a week at present. I'm not a health nut by any means but I am just tired of people looking at me like I'm an addict.(To all those who have!) I hope to start my first cycle by years end, but I am in no means in any rush to get in over my head. That pretty much sums up my introduction.
