    newbie...ireland..anadrol

    whats up guys really love this forum its great...came accross because i was doin a little research on steroids ...it started when my friend said he cud get me some steroids...he said they wer 'oxys' with a bit of research im now guessing these are oxymetholone-anadrol ?? am i correct? when he first said he was getting them i thought great im gonna get muscles...but now that i have read all the info available im alot more cautious.....

    im 22 , 5ft 11, 180-190lbs had a sloppy diet but im now gonna change it with advice from mike etc..and not sure about bf??

    anyone got any advice on what i should do with the anadrol??

    save the drol, get your diet and training on track.

    cheers, how far into training and diet should i start the drol?? sorry for the hassle but wer shud i go from there....i meen after training and diet is sorted and about to start drol?? is there something i should take with drol?

    You shouldn't consider taking anything until you approach your natural potential. How long that takes would depend on several factors, how far you are now from your natural potential, genetics, diet and training discipline, etc.
    Drol only cycles are not recommended, use the time while you are learning about diet to learn about cycles and pct.

    to be honest im not even half way to my potential....looks like iv alot of hard work ahead of me...the thing is i need some kind of real energy and stregth boost and thought the drol cud do that for me..

    cycles..i need to learn about cycles...whats ur advice on that??
    diet....info from mike and the videos are great so im sorted there!
    pct...What does that meen? im absolutley clueless on that part?

    well thats what i have been doing ever since i found the forum...maybe i will work on diet and training then come back....

    but one questions...how long should i wait before taking the drol?

    Cycles - research the compounds, how they work, when to start a cycle, recommended beginners cycles.

    diet - figure out ya diet, post it for critique.

    pct - post cycle therapy , the most important part of the chemical experience. will start ya own natty system up again after being shut down from aas use.
