long story short
i used to be severely over weight.
went from 270lbs of fat, to a trim 167.
since then i have gotten myself up to 208 this winter. I did my first cycle of sust 250/winny 50 (15 weeks) with fantastic results.
waited 2 yrs of training, and a lot of reading, before doing any cycles. (to make sure i was training and eating properly).
seems like there is a lot of good knowledgeable members.
