I say that i am glad to be here right now and be apart of this community.
I been working out in the gym not often as i should. But when i did work out i was really hardcore with it (diet was good, form was good,etc.) Only thing i lacked was always consistency. I would hit the gym hard for about 2 months and then stop going for a long time. But when i did go i worked out hard, i ate good i supplement good(as far as i know), the goal as always to lose weight.
This time I am at my all time fattest and i need a change for good, i lifestyle change. I am here for you guys support in my endeavers.
I been reading these forums for about a year and a hlf on an off. I got alot of information about steroids ( enough info to know that i am not yet ready for a cycle yet) and I'm cool with that. All i want is to get back on track and hopes that you guys will help me, thnx. I will post pics of myself in the member's pic forum so you all can see my fat ass.thnx
