    Well at the beginning I found this site cause I thought I was going to do a cycle but it turned out to be that was not the best Idea in the world. But on the last couple of weeks I have found motivation, techniques and good to ways diet properly.     Right now Im 25 (tomorrow actually) 235 Pounds 5'9 and I don't know my body fat it should be in the mid or high 20s (love handles suck).

    I worked out since I can remember to stay in shape and play sports but the last 2 years for me have been horrible and I destroyed my body and I'm trying to get it all back.

    In the mean time I'm also motivating and working out with my younger brother a soon to be fire fighter which used to be 250 pounds at a young age and now he is 180. If I'm going to help some one else get in shape I might as well get my facts str8 and the right info, and this forums seem full of info.

    Well there ya go, didn't mean to type so much just motivated trying to go down at least to 200 in the next 3-4 months and look good
