Well I don't know where to start, I am just getting back into training after stopping for no apparent reason. I am 5'9" and I am at 180lbs now. Before I stopped lifting and running I was at 165lbs, then when I stopped it took me about 18 months to hit 195lbs of grossness. While I am happy that I have changed my diet and lost the fat i seem to have just gotten generally bigger in that I am staying at 180lbs. No matter what I do I can't get my 6 pack back. So I guess that I want to increase my size over all. My goal is to hit 220 in the next 2 years. Is that reasonable? anyways this is a great forum so far it has given me a ton of info and the short 2 weeks that I have been reading here I have learned alot.
