My name is Brandon and i am just startin to get into the gym. Im new to all this but ive done some research and i have a schedule for myself.
Here's what im wanting to accomplish:
I need to get some muscle on me and gain strength. I want to get bigger but i also want to get cut. How can i do this and what are some good supplements for me to use?
And what about eating? Do i eat 5 little meals or do i eat 3 big meals?
