After spending a few days reading and digesting the wealth of information, I figured it was time to introduce myself.
I am a 35 year old male, 5'9" 195lb, and a 10 year veteran of the US Air Force. I recently have rededicated myself back to the gym daily, lifting 3 days, and cardio the other 2 days.
I am still researching my first cycle and which way I want to go. I know the common theory is to go with Test E, but would something like this work out better for me and my age:
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mg per day
Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg per week.
Weeks 1-10 Deca 400-500mg per week.
Followed by PCT starting week 14
