Hello everyone!
I have been lifting since i was 18. I gave up alcohol and drugs for the pumping iron. I started at 130lbs. @ 5'10". In the first year, i took off and my progress was amazing as most first year lifters can identify with. I gained 15lbs. I felt better and started working on my diet. Since 2004 the gains were steady and slow. Hard work and dedication got results. Now i am 23 and weigh in at 176 lbs. naked in the morning at aprox.7-10% body fat (still the same 5'10"). I am slightly bottom heavy, due to my love for the leg pump. I am trying to gain this summer, not lean up and get stronger.
