Hello everyone i just wanted to take the time to introduce myself and thank everyone on the forum for the quality of information. Ive been reading almost every post on the site for a few years now and the advice i received helped me go from a skinny 115lbs to 175 naturally over about 2 years. Due to a injury when i was overseas i was out of the gym for a year and dropped down to 148lbs. Now ive been hitting the gym strong for 6 months and back to 170lbs and feeling stronger then ever.
Stats as of today:
Age 24
Height 5'7
Weight 170
BF 8-10ish
Goal is to be a lean 200lbs and stronger than a horse! wish me luck
