Hello everybody,

I have been here a couple of days already and just realized the courteous thing to do would be to post here first.

I just started my first cycle ever and was pointed this way by an internet pal of mine.

I am a complete newb and will no doubt have lots of questions. I will search and research as much as possible first though so hopefully will not bother you too much. Great looking site with a ton of action here. Unbelievable, thanks!

Not new to the gym, just new to this forum and this scene. I am on a total improvement makeover and this is just one of the areas I am trying to improve. I need not get big as as a brick shithouse, I need a bump in real self confidence as much as anything, so I am trying to kill 2 birds with one stone here so to speak. Thanks again!
