So here's the deal.

I've worked out consistently, never taking more than two weeks off in the last nine years but I've hit an inflection point over the last few years. No matter how long/hard I hit the weights, size or bulk just isn't increasing. You can clearly tell I stay in shape, but you can also tell that its natural so my strength is probably under represented by my physique. The extra size I'm looking for just isn't happening with the usual suspects (creatine, etc.).
To be honest I've always despised the juicers in the gym because it never seemed fair to get the mass they have even though I'm working out just as hard.
I've read all the warnings out there and am terrified of gyno, hair loss, libido etc. So obviously if one cycle is going to have a long term impact I'm not particularly keen. That being said, I've contemplated the option before and am willing to give the process a flyer if it works. The motivation for doing this is just to do one cycle to see exactly what I am capable of achieving with a little extra help. I'm clearly willing to try something different but this wasn't just a cavalier decision.
Keep in mind PCT was a foreign concept to me two weeks ago, so I've done a a good deal of homework online but the amount of info out there is so overwhelming its tough to even know where to being. I just know that if its worth doing, its worth doing right.
So that being said what I do know:
Drink plenty of water during the process (64+ ounces...more the better)
2 gms of protein per pound
For PCT (which from my understanding is required to help your liver recover from the stress) you need Milk Thistle and Chrysin. Nolvedex comes up a lot as well.
aneVol, Omnevol seem to have positive results and mostly favorable reviews.
not too sure the different between andro products and testoserone boosters...maybe they're one in the same.
I'm looking to take something oral. Probably a 4-6 wk cycle before moving to PCT. I guess I'll stop here before this gets too disjointed.
I appreciate any help people are willing to offer as I'm sure most of you had to face this decision at some point. Hopefully I didn't offend anyone either as I definitely gained a deeper respect for how dedicated you truly have to be for this to work. I can give more color or details if necessary.
