Hi all.
Newbie to the forum. After a taking a few years off, I am getting back into my old routine. I workout at home in my basement {4 on three off }and ride my bike every day {for cardio.} 36 years old, 5'8'' 197lbs. I am looking to kick it up a notch. What am I supposed to do, go hang out at the local gym and hit guys up for gear? IDK what site to order from that is safe.. Any thoughts or comments appreciated, THX
