Been turkin on the page for years but never really had the need to post.
Just getting back into the gym. I am 6Ft 235 with 22% body fat I am trying to get down to 205-210..... I start at about 252 a month ago. Cut out most shitty carbs, all pop and watched my caloric intake. I am afraid I have lost some muscle so Instead of doing only cardio I have started lifting again just to keep my muscles toned while I lose the weight.
