    New but Gyno survivor

    So after doing a little research I have decided to make this my new home.
    To fill all in, I am 22, and am at the age were I want to look like a rock. I am 6' 2 , 219 pounds. I have worked out in the past with minimal results but never had a proper diet. Of course that would change.

    About a year ago I actually had the surgery to remove my natural man tits.
