Hello folks, I am from Eastern North Carolina and I have viewed this site for the last few months (very helpful information). To give you an idea about me, I am 5'10" and weigh around 275. I have worked out for the last 6 months and have only missed about 3 days of working out during that whole time (out due to sickness). So I work out seven days a week, first thing in the morning and do 20-30 min. of cardio after every workout. I have no idea about %bf but I do know that I am a big son of a bitch. I started at around 298 and have lost around 20 lbs so far but have definetely put on alot of muscle. I have taken just about everything that bsn has to offer since the first day of working out (no xplode, cellmass, nitrix, syntha 6, axis ht) and I started taking lipo 6x a few weeks ago (according to bsn this is the time that I take a month off from taking all of that stuff). I have got the bulk right now, I just need to shed off alot of fat still. I have a few ideas as to what I need to take, but I may have some future questions. Anyway, I know this is probably too long, which I am sorry, and I am going to get a digital camera soon so I will post up some pics of my fat ass in the near future.
