New here from NC
Hello folks, I am from Eastern North Carolina and I have viewed this site for the last few months (very helpful information). To give you an idea about me, I am 5'10" and weigh around 275. I have worked out for the last 6 months and have only missed about 3 days of working out during that whole time (out due to sickness). So I work out seven days a week, first thing in the morning and do 20-30 min. of cardio after every workout. I have no idea about %bf but I do know that I am a big son of a bitch. I started at around 298 and have lost around 20 lbs so far but have definetely put on alot of muscle. I have taken just about everything that bsn has to offer since the first day of working out (no xplode, cellmass, nitrix, syntha 6, axis ht) and I started taking lipo 6x a few weeks ago (according to bsn this is the time that I take a month off from taking all of that stuff). I have got the bulk right now, I just need to shed off alot of fat still. I have a few ideas as to what I need to take, but I may have some future questions. Anyway, I know this is probably too long, which I am sorry, and I am going to get a digital camera soon so I will post up some pics of my fat ass in the near future.

also just to let you folks know, I am very proud of how I have managed my diet. It has been a long time since I have had a soft drink (pretty much 6 months) and I have started to eat alot better. You know this may sound like I am sheltered, but I never even tried eating eggs until a few months ago. I am just a very picky eater (love pastas and bread, which sucks because those are the reasons why I am fat) so I still dont like eggs but I eat egg whites every day no matter what. I am still trying to get to the point of trying fish. From what I understand, it is supposed to be awesome for you, but I just cannot make myself try it yet. Honestly I never even really liked chicken that much, but I have made it a point to eat a piece of grilled chicken as opposed to eating a double quarter pounder. Oh yeah, I havent eaten Mcdonalds in about 6 months as well. So I am getting there, I just wish I had a better assistance in loosing this damn weight. A buddy of mine suggested giving my pet rat clenbuterol to go about trimming him down, and I have emailed lion about aquiring some for him, so I may go ahead and order some. I do see that you can get it with taurine for a few bucks more, what will that do? is it worth getting it as a package deal?

Thanks, I will definitely keep you updated on what it going on. Until I get some pictures up, just look at my avatar and that is the kind of build that i am, just like a bulldog.
