eventually fixed it abit
at Christmas got dumbels and got working and made my self a good body workout routine
built up from a weed to a tweed
2nd month on hitting the gym
I don;t eat properly and munch a load of crap food
my muscle gains crap
I don;t know wot else 2 tell u apart from oh yeah nice forum and I'm new
you might wanna think about re designing the interface it looks a little pre war
Oh yeah what do I want from all this?
I want to take small suplements of steroids alongside hard workouts to provide better muscle growth and after the next 5 months start boxing but I can fight but I wanna try boxing out..
thats about it, wish me luck and don't flame me even tho you probably have 10000 reasons to do so.
(ps. im not changing my diet for shit)
