    Hello from SE Michigan

    Hello all,

    My name is Beau...
    Stats:
    5'9"
    215lbs
    31 yrs old
    bf% usually 14-18 looking to finally cut!!!
    I have been lifting on and off since high school just got back into it 6months ago and finally sticking with a good diet.

    I have been lurking in this site for quite some time now and I must say I am very impressed with the knowledge base on this site.
