Vet Back for a Check-Up!

This board is still going eh ... the cream rises to the top I guess ...

I'm in no way a noob ... hell I helped Drummerboy (a personal friend from school) get started in this ... but I'm back at the weights again and have been for about a full year now and this seems to be the only place that has even the faintest of clues as to whats going on anymore.

I could be wrong but seems like there's no more selflish promotion of UG Labs and BS about this labs good this labs not when all the powder was from the same place anyhow ... and I'm glad that's over!

So either way I chose this place to start posting again, restart my chem research, and use as a general motivational tool. What else are these boards for anyway!?!

I've also noticed lots of vets from back in the day like Ret and Dutch now banned so the game has changed a lot it seems ... for the better I bet...

If anyone cares to know, I've been off any and all steroids now for almost three years and it hasn't been easy ... NOT AT ALL but it's only worth using if you're disciplined enough to follow diet posts like beasts and PCT like Drummerboy. And of course the training goes without saying.
