i guess i should have also added that i did 1 3 month cycle about 2 years ago of deca and loved it...i leaned out quicker then i expected...thats why i'm gonna go to Deca again...i am 5' 10", 265 lbs, 18 1/2" arms, 15 1/4" forearms, i've worked out off and on since i was in junior high and just started getting back into it for the last 2 1/2 months after taking a 2 year break from it...feels good to be at it again
