Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 26 years old 6ft 3inch. I started lifting again in December of 2007. After 2 years offIn Decmeber i weighed 172 lbs and am now currently standing @ 212 lbs. I come here looking for good advise and to share my experiences with others.
My current routine ( i like to change routines evey 15 weeks)
Monday- Arms Biceps- Standing Barcurl, One armed Preacher curls, Standing Hammer curls, Incline Seated curls.
Tri's- Cable pull down- Laying skullcrushers, Tri kickbacks, Bench Dips
Tuesday- Legs Hack Squat, Hip sled (leg press), Leg extension, Laying leg curl, db Dips, Calf raise.... Then usually throw up
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - Chest - Incline dumbell, Flat db, Declin db, Standing Cable crossover, dips
Shoulders- Seated db shoudler press, Standing lateral raise, (sorry dont remember then name of workout) but standing db front raise?
Friday- Back - Lat pullup, lat pulldown, Seated cable row, Standing bentover row, Low back isolated machine, Shrugs and abs.
