I'm new here, just found the site this morning. Let me introduce myself..
I'm 49 and live in the southwest. I have a kick a## home gym and try to beat the hell out of it daily. I am also active in sports and can still turn on a fastball. I hike and rock climb. I also act and have worked on several film projects.

I'm a newbie to this form of supplementing although I have tried some pro hormones. Some have caused the wrong kind of weight gain.

I'm interested in keeping the edge and it seems to get harder every year.

I welcome advice and recommendations. For the record, I'm 5'10 and weigh in at 210. I would like to get leaner and harder and keep the old test up.
