im from europe but i stay in salt lake city now.
just wanted to join the forum to learn more about products because i have been thinkin for a long time to hop on because i have problems gainin weight and barely ever see any results

ohh im 21 right now.. the only problem i have is ill take in 5000 calories a day and i eat good on protein and carbs..
the only this is that killin me is my metabolism

Ur at the right place mate for imformation to help you achieve your goals, we just ask your age as you sometimes get people who are too young to take anabolics, and have not actually reached there potential before jumping on the juice.

welcome aboard... as a fellow neebie trust me when i tell ya, take these guys advise, read the diet and lifting sections... ive packed on 15lbs over the lst 7 months from listening to them
