    Whats up everyone!

    Well I just found this site by mistake and glad I did. Seems to be very informative and great to learn about different things. Guess I should give a little bio? Well I just started working out about 4 months ago. Never really gave much thought about it before. I got into some trouble and also got a DWI back in January and decided it was time to make a change in life. I bought a bike, quit drinking and started working out. LOL Holysheepshit the money I have saved. None the less I hope to be around for a while and like to thank every one in advance for everything.

    Alittle stats I guess?

    26 years old
    6'5"
    210
    Aprox 17% bf

    I plan to get around 225 and try and lean out. This is my goal anyway see how it goes over the next few months. Since finding this site I already see I have been eating all wrong. First thing is new diet which I will post up soon as I get all the marcos ect..
