just wanted to introduce myself since im new and give a lil history on myself. i started well training in general when i was a junior in high school going to my doctors and weighing in at 318pds and not lifting a weight on running on a treadmill my entire life. the doc started talking about diabetes possibly coming if i keep this way so i got a wake up call and started getting my ass moving. now i weigh in at about 235 dont know my body fat but i know that i have a ton more muscle than before lol
