Newbie looking for advice :)
Hi Im Tim
Ive been training for around 3 years just to keep fit really and because I like the feeling . Now in alot more concerned that Im not building any more muscle. I do admit I do alot of cardio workout including high amouts of reps and running. But have been offerd steroids and after seeing many of the results and days of reading online. I heavly concidering the use of methandienone tables. I have relized you dont allow the use of names of products on this site so who would I be able to contact on checking weather they are real ???
I will include a picture of my current build and hope for some advice thanks

Im 22 ,
5'10 ,
11st ,
154lbs ,
Currently training 4 times a week .And on a healthy diet of around 2500 calories a day Butt will obivously change if I go onto methandienone tables .
If there is anything else u wanna know feel free to ask .

I think you can do well tweaking the ol diet and train natty for a while still before you reach max potential, IMHO

Have you got any advice Diet wise ??
Breakfast : Bowl of wetabix ,semi skimmed milk . toast x 2
Lunch : pasta / rice , with fish eg tuna or mackral , or bacon and mushroom
Dinner : rice , chicken , and vegtabls ,shepardpie , roast dinner ect.
Im concidering taking methandienone dbol , What change in diet would you suggest ?

Yea I was reading that yesterday , I obivously understand that when I begin traing hard my intake will have to increase dramiticly to around 3500 calories a day , But Im looking really for advice on d-bol befor I begin ?? I have read tons about it. But am more looking for personal advice because of my size

holy crap.. i know women that size...
fooooooooooooooooooooooooood.. and lots of it.. do you take fish 3x per day?? if not look to some fish oils alos..
and to be really frank, what is your real goal?? what type of body are you wanting?? you have the abercrombie look.. what are you looking for..
with dbol you will get to the micheline man look.. just a thought..The answer to your every question

Yea Im eating plenty of fish and pasta , rice chicken and currently consuming as much as I can while im training . I would Really like the Ryan Renolds type of body?? what would you advise ???

Thanks every one for the grate response Im gonna pospone the D-bol and just eat like a mo fo !!! hahahah , and DSM4Life That was my appartment bedroom in Newquay !! I do a lil bit of taste !!!
