    hi everyone

    HI I have been reading this board for some time and thought it was time to join. I have been working out for about ten years I had done a few cycles before and then had kids and work and bla bla bla long story short I hadn't taken anything for about 3 years. SO I am glad to say that I am now 4 weeks into a new cycle and am having great results so far. My stats right now are
    6,4
    240
    age 31
    bf around 12? I am guessing
    Anyway looking foward to making some new friends that understand what we do and why we do it.
