    Fat New Guy is full of questions and needs help..

    Hi.

    I'm new to this, it's been along time since i trained in anyway. I'm massively over weight and looking for a product to help me loose the flab as fast as possible. I'm 5'11" and about 18st, at a point in my youth i played alot of Rugby and i was the proud owner of a six pack and awesome pecks. But now five years later, i'm far from a pin up.

    So here's the question.. Can anyone direct me in the direction of a product to help me loose massive amounts of weight?

    First of all Welcome, second , there's no substitute for diet and hard work. I went from 330 to about 199lbs now, if nothing else, it shows that it can be done. Diet diet diet, training as well. Get motivated and stay dedicated! Good luck ....Inky

    yep.
    i went from 6ft 270lbs, shredded down to 167 in 1 yr flat.

    how?

    very clean FREQUENT meals, cardio, and consistancy.

    NO drug or magic pill or fat burner will just cure you. what will, is confidence, food, and consistancy.

    first off i hope that 18st measn your 18 or over or you wont be allowed to post here until you are 18. check out our diet section bro because im sure there is alot you can learn from it as many others have in the past. welcome to steroid .com

    Thankyou all for the help, i'm hoping that with hard work and a good diet that i'm gonna strip down.

    Oh, yeah i'm over 18 years old Pietro75, the 18 was in referrence to my weight 18 stone/ 250+Ibs. I'm the wrong side of 25 years old..haha.
